James Bartle, Founding CEO of Outland Denim 

James Bartle is the founder and CEO of Outland Denim, Australia's first B Corp Certified denim brand known for its revolutionary approach to social and environmental sustainability. Driven to create social change, Bartle created Outland Denim to provide employment opportunities for Cambodian women who are vulnerable to abuse and exploitation. The brand has gained global success and is a favourite of Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex.



Christopher Raeburn, Founder of Raeburn

Founded in 2009, Raeburn is the OG when it comes to outstanding, design led recycled and remade fashion. The brand has won multiple awards and launched successful collaborations with Timberland, Depop, The North Face, and more. Christopher's unique approach has been to turn every challenge into a creative opportunity. He is an inspirational designer, entrepreneur, and speaker. 


Bav Tailor, Founder of Bav Tailor

Since 2015, Bav Tailor has pioneered in the creation of exquisite fashion collections based on sustainable and fairtrade fabrics and sourcing. The BAV TAiLOR DNA is rooted in the brand's commitment to the 360° conscious manifesto and support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Having won multiple awards, Bav's new collections are eagerly awaited by press and buyers alike. 


Cameron Saul, Co-Founder of Bottletop

Cameron co-founded BOTTLETOP in 2002 with his father Roger Saul, Founder of Mulberry. Their mission was to use sustainable luxury fashion to alleviate poverty in areas including Sub-Saharan Africa, Brazil and Nepal. The brand has achieved phenomenal success, with a flagship store in Regents St and celebrity ambassadors from David Beckham to Naomi Cambell and Ban-Ki Moon through the global Togetherband campaign.


Christine Goulay, Global Director of Pangaia Science

Pangaia has been described by L'officiel as the most inspiring sustainable fashion brand of the moment. Pangaia products are vegan, organic, biodegradable, and scientifically manufactured to work as closely as possible with Mother Nature's resources.  The brand has taken social media over by storm, counting Bella Hadid, Justin BieberJaden Smith, Kourtney Kardashian,  as fans. Christine was head of Sustainable Innovation at Kering before joining Pangaia. 


Jodie Soussan, Managing Director Europe, Allbirds

Sustainable practices are embedded into the mission at Allbirds - and the brand has combined this with success from the very beginning, selling one million pairs of shoes within its first two years. Sales grew from $126.0 million in 2018 to $219.3 million in 2020, and this year the company was valued at $1.7 billion. Jodie Soussan heads up operations for Allbirds across Europe, building on 20 years experience leading consumer-facing brands.


Kresse Wesling, Co- Founder, Elvis and Kresse

Since 2005 Elvis & Kresse have been rescuing raw materials, transforming them into luxury lifestyle accessories, and donating 50% of profits back to charities. In 2017 the Burberry Foundation partnered with Elvis & Kresse to tackle the even greater global problem of leather waste. In April this year Elvis & Kresse celebrated their success through giving their largest ever donation of almost £100,000 to charity.


Molly Keogh, Co-Founder, Osei Duro

Keogh founded Osei-Duro in 2011 with partner Maryanne Mathias, which the two have grown into a label with a cult following and over $1m/year in sales. Worn by Michelle Obama, Osei-Duro has scaled up artisanal techniques such as hand dying and weaving while maintaining direct relationships with all producers.
