Tamsin Lejeune

CEO

Tamsin founded the Ethical Fashion Forum (EFF), an industry movement for sustainable fashion, in 2006 and the SOURCE platform to support this movement in 2011. In 2016 Tamsin raised investment from industry to launch CO and take this work to scale. She is passionate about the potential for fashion business, done well, to transform lives, and prior to EFF ran a fair trade fashion brand, producing in Bangladesh.

Greg Tufnell

Chair

Formerly MD at Boxfresh, Arcadia, and Mothercare, and a Director at Next, Greg has decades of experience in leadership roles in the fashion industry. In 2013 Greg Co-Founded Prime Advantage Capital Partners, focusing on helping SMEs achieve rapid growth. Greg steps into the shoes of CO's founding chair Harold Tillman, who continues to champion the work of CO through his role as Chair of the Ethical Fashion Forum.

Andy Showell-Rogers

Suppliers and Ops

With a background in fair trade factory management, Andy is passionate about supporting and putting the spotlight on CO's network of pioneering suppliers. In 2014 Andy co founded and was CEO of Visible Clothing Company, running a fair trade, zero waste factory in India. Prior to Visible, Andy worked extensively in HR and operations management.

Mariel Jumpa

Marketing

Mariel brings boundless energy and creativity to the CO community as our Head of Marketing. Prior to CO, Mariel founded Marketing and Comms Agency Slow Fashion World, which has grown a global sustainable fashion network based in Sweden, and held senior marketing roles at Motion Display, Sigue Corporation, and others.

Ellie Gee

Tech & UX

Ellie loves coming up with elegant solutions to tricky challenges - and is fazed by nothing. She is on the front line of the CO tech product, liaising with the CO community and our tech team to solve problems, continually improve user experience and integrate new functionality.

Laurent-Frédéric Lohmann

Business Development

Laurent brings a rare combination of creative flair combined with analytical skills and abilities to the business development role at CO. A graduate from Switzerlands prestigious University of St Gallen, he has excelled in sales and leadership roles at STARTGlobal and Maison Baum, and founded and grew HNVME, a sustainability-first unisex clothing brand.

Victória Salum

Design and Brand

Victória is a social media and marketing creative. She is behind Slow Fashion World as a Branding Director and fashion brand Fipa Filipa. She is passionate about visual communications, social media and supports CO's marketing team with creativity and initiative.

Ralph Goodstone

Partnerships

Ralph's warmth and wit make him the perfect host - his role at CO is to bring our suppliers, brands, and retailers together to "do business better". Formerly a senior clothing exec at M&S and with leadership roles in brands and suppliers spanning 50 years in the fashion industry, Ralph's expertise is second to none. As a founding Chair of the Ethical Fashion Forum (EFF), Ralph is an OG.

Molshree Vaid

Tech projects

With previous roles at CNBC, Reliance Brands, and BECOCO (B2B fashion tech), Molshree brings 15+ years experience in fashion, tech, and sustainability to the CO team. A Graduate of the London College of Fashion's MA in Fashion Futures, Molshree works with our tech team to integrate new and innovative capability to deliver more for CO's members and partners through the platform.

Melanie Plank

Content and Research

Melanie has over 12 years of experience in the development of creative and sustainability content for fashion professionals. Formerly holding senior roles at WGSN and Stylus and as a senior lecturer and programme leader across a range of leading UK fashion colleges, Melanie is a talented writer and expert on sustainability for fashion professionals.

Veera Wahlgren

Marketing Support

Veera is passionate about sustainable fashion – so passionate that it led her to the UK to study the subject and join the CO Community Team as intern. She brings great ideas and attention to detail to CO content, research and marketing.

Hagen Rode

Tech development

Hagen heads up CO's tech partner agency and has led the development of the CO tech product since 2016. A systems and database genius, he has been instrumental in leading the development of the architecture behind CO's matching and sustainability weighting functionality, and helping to shape our forward tech strategy.

Lou Stone

UX and UJ

Formerly community manager at leading fashion platform Spree, Lou now heads up Digital Strategy and UX at CO's tech partner agency. Wth over 10 years of experience with tech, fashion, and e- commerce businesses, Lou plays a hands on role in designing and developing the user experience and forward digital strategy at CO.

Clare Lissaman

NED Impact

Clare is a leading global expert in sustainable supply chains, having worked for the ETI, Fairtrade Foundation, Rugmark, and numerous leading brands as a consultant. Clare is also one of the original drectors of the Ethical Fashion Forum. She led the content strategy on CO for 4 years and now oversees CO's sustainability impact strategy on the board.

Karen Brennan

NED Finance

Karen is hugely experienced in what it takes to grow business from start up to global player. She brings this expertise to the CO team, along with a commitment to financial rigour. Karen is CFO for leading comms agency Futerra and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Harold Tillman CBE

Chair Emeritus

Harold Tillman joined CO and the Ethical Fashion Group as Chair in 2016. Harold was formerly the CEO of iconic British brands Jaeger and Aquascutum, as well as the longest serving Chair of the British Fashion Council. Harold continues to champion the work of CO as chair of the Ethical Fashion Forum.
