We take a look at the measures that need to be in place to make a living wage a reality for the millions of people working in global fashion and textile supply chains.

While no notable brand is currently paying a living wage across its supply chain, there is sufficient evidence and learning from other industries where a living wage has been successfully implemented as well as, independent studies and pilot projects from fashion brands to be clear on the measures that are needed to make a living wage possible for the the estimated 430 million people, mostly women, working in fashion and textile production today.
