Spanish firm Recover are mechanical cotton recycling specialists that have been in business for 75 years already. Valued at $1.1 billion last year they secured $100 million investment from Goldman Sachs, amongst others, to enable them to more than quadruple their recycled cotton fibre production to 350,000 metric tonnes by 2026.
They already have large scale production sites in Bangladesh, Pakistan and Spain
