Asian Dialogues Series: Arbitration for Fair Purchasing Practices - The How, The Who, The How Much
Could arbitration hold the key to better business relationships in fashion supply chains? This session explores the potential of arbitration to support more equitable purchasing practices – including a practical overview of how arbitration works, who is involved in the process, and how accessible it is for suppliers. Panellists discuss lessons learned, legal frameworks, and how arbitration mechanisms can contribute to systemic change.
