Training: Waste No More (Vietnamese)

Waste No More (WNM) brings together brands, manufacturers, and associations in Viet Nam’s apparel and footwear sector to tackle textile waste through recycling and improved working conditions. All training materials and webinars are delivered in Vietnamese.

A coordinated initiative by GIZ and partners to drive closed-loop recycling of pre-consumer waste in Viet Nam’s apparel & footwear supply chain, and to promote decent work in the waste sector.

Waste No More (WNM) là một sáng kiến do GIZ và đối tác phối hợp tổ chức nhằm thúc đẩy hành động tập thể tiến tới tái chế vòng kín chất thải tiền tiêu thụ trong chuỗi cung ứng ngành dệt may và da giày, cũng như góp phần tạo ra điều kiện làm việc thoả đáng trong ngành thu gom, xử lý và tái chế chất thải tại Việt Nam. Waste No More có sự tham gia của các thương hiệu đa quốc gia, doanh nghiệp sản xuất và hiệp hội ngành nghề trong ngành dệt may và da giày Việt Nam.

Bổ sung & chỉnh lý (trích yếu)

Về công bố lượng CTNH trong GPMT: GPMT có mục về chủng loại, khối lượng chất thải phát sinh. Khi thay đổi khối lượng/loại CTNH, cơ sở báo cáo trong báo cáo định kỳ bảo vệ môi trường; không có căn cứ yêu cầu quan trắc 3 tháng/lần để phân định CTNH.

Về yêu cầu đăng ký cấp GPMT: Không phải mọi dự án/cơ sở đều phải có GPMT. Chỉ áp dụng với cơ sở có phát sinh nước thải, bụi/khí thải phải xử lý hoặc phát sinh CTNH (≥1.200 kg/năm hoặc 100 kg/tháng). Trường hợp không thuộc đối tượng, thực hiện đăng ký môi trường (gửi UBND xã).
