How to Post a Notice on Your Organisation Profile
What Is a Notice?
A Notice is a custom message that appears:

At the top of your business profile
-
On the CO Noticeboard (visible to all users)
-
On every user's personalised dashboard
-
Alongside relevant articles across the site
It’s a powerful way to promote what’s new and important about your work.
How to Post a Notice

To get started, make sure:

You have a Premium Organisation Profile

You are listed as an Administrator for your business profile - if you're not, contact someone who is or get in touch with the CO team for support.
Then follow these steps:

Log in to your Common Objective account and go to your Business Profile.

If a notice already exists, you’ll see a ✏️ pencil icon to edit it. If not, click the “Set up a notice” button.

In the Edit Content area, you’ll be prompted to:

Choose a category: Event, News, Opportunities, or Innovation

Add a title, description, button text, and URL

Upload a background image (you can crop it before saving)

Click Save, and your notice will be published and automatically displayed across the site.
